A press release drawing attention to the Team Group’s results based email service was sent out September 23, 2010. Within 2 hours it occupied the Numbers 1 and 2 positions on Google.com in terms of
Natural Search. The release contained links back to the company’s website along with contact details. The release prompted a number of enquiries and new business resulted. Using the search term “results based email marketing” on October 5, the release was still on Page 1 of Google in Number 3 position against 12,000,000 entries worldwide and in the 5th position on Bing (the MSN search engine) against 46,400,000 entries worldwide.
